Petals SOAP behind reverse-proxy

JMI
Hello there,

I'm using Petals 4.1, SOAP.

Petals must be listening on the WAN IP, in HTTP, 192.168.1.200:8084

The public IP is on a reverse-proxy, in HTTPS,
https://mypetals.mydomain.com:8083.

I've set in the jbi.xml someoptions :

<soap:enable-http-transport>true</soap:enable-http-transport>
<soap:address>https://mypetals.mydomain.com:8083</soap:address>

but the WSDL generated the address like : <soap:address
location="http://1192.168.1.200:8084/petals/services/myService"/>

Is there a way to make Petals listening on a LAN address in HTTP and put it
behind an HTTPS ReverseProxy so the SOAP address would be properly generated
?

Thanks by advance.

Regards,

Hi JMI,

It seems to me that you are using a very old version of Petals ESB !!

With latest versions of the Petals BC Soap, you can set the host name of
WSDL soap endpoint through the component parameter "httpHost" at component
installation.

For example, if you use Petals CLI to install the Petals BC SOAP, you can
enter the command:
deploy -u mvn:org.ow2.petals/petals-bc-soap/${BC_SOAP_VERSION}/zip -D httpHost=localhost

For curiosity reasons, could you describe your Petals ESB use case ?

Regards,
